I INSPECTION
(PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT)
A quick, cost
effective assessment to confirm mold
growth,
check for significant mold related air
quality
degradation, or have a specific mold identified.
Price-$500.
Includes up to 2 samples, visual inspection and a
detailed report.

(Cultured samples
can take 10+days)
If contaminated area
is limited in extent, the report may be
able
to give recommendations to carefully start cleanup

Analysis is
performed by qualified 3rd party independent laboratory.
Lab
Analysis & Report turn around time is 3 business days.
Lab
is not open on weekends, so samples collected on Thursday
would be available two business days later (Monday).
Rush
Service is available to cut the amount of time waited
down
to one business day $125.00.

PHASE II INSPECTION
Phase
II Inspection
Often
further investigation is needed to ascertain the extent
of
mold contamination.
Remediation
Inspection Price $850. Get
a specific protocol that
your professional remediation company can use to start
decontaminating
the area. Includes up to
3 hours of onsite
activities
such as: digital moisture detection, digital humidity
reading,
consulting, photo documenting, and physical
inspection
using boroscope if necessary etc.
Detailed
report may include lab analysis, sampling diagram,
documentary
pictures, finding & recommendations and the
remediation
protocol reviewed by a independent mold expert.
Further
on site investigation can be done if necessary at hourly
rate
of $125 per hour for inspector plus $25 per trip charges.
As
necessary, additional samples will be collected and analyzed.
At
rates mentioned in Phase 1 inspection.
Three day turn
around
above applies unless Rush Service is used.
We
are available to do a walk thru with builder, Insurance
Inspector,
Adjuster or any party to substantiate our testing
procedures.
Select
this option if you know a mold problem exists.
POST
REMEDIATION TESTING
Post
Remediation Testing & Inspections.
A must for insurance work,
Post
Sampling can demonstrate the significant improvements have
been
made. Make sure that your mold remediation project accomplished
its
results. We will also
recommend ways to keep your home or facility
safe.
Even
if another company was used to do the preliminary testing, once
Remediation
is complete Gorman Environmental is the choice to make
Post
Testing. Why?
OUR
SPEED - Using state of the art testing equipment, you can get the
results back in the next day
using “Rush Service” so that the occupants can
quickly move
back in. (If we do
testing before 10 a.m. we can sometimes rush and get the
results same day!) Or, without rush, our results are still fast at only 3
business days.
OUR
PRICE - . Our minimum inspection price is $150 for visual inspection
report only, and $250 if
collecting any samples. By
far, the most popular
Post Test package is $350.
It includes an inspector to:
